My Approach
I don’t take on volume. I take on problems worth solving with people serious about solving them.
Before anything gets built, I need to understand the business. Where the data lives, where it breaks down, what decisions aren’t being made because the right information doesn’t exist yet. The infrastructure follows the diagnosis, not the other way around.
What I’m Looking For
I’m connecting with founders and operators at growth-stage companies. The ones who know something isn’t working but can’t quite see what. If the business is growing but the infrastructure hasn’t caught up, that’s where I come in.
